How quickly will I receive my plans?

Most standard 2D drafting orders are delivered in days of receiving your requirements. Large or multi-sheet permit sets take 5 to 10 business days on average. We confirm the exact delivery time before you commit, and we hit it.

Which file formats can I upload?

We accept PDFs, DWGs, CAD files, as-built sketches, and even phone photos of clean paper sketches. If you have a different format, upload it and we will verify.

How is your pricing structured?

Pricing is square-footage-based with a published floor. 2D drafting is $1/sq ft and 3D modeling $1.50/sq ft, and no project is under $1,200. New construction below 1,200 sq ft prices on sheet count at $195 per sheet, because a small house needs the same sheets as a big one. Revisions are unlimited and completely free of charge.

Are revisions included in the service?

Yes. Revisions are unlimited and free, including every round of plan check corrections your building department sends back, within the scope you approved. Approval itself is up to the building official, so we never promise it; we promise to keep answering the comments.

Do you offer stamped drawings?

We provide draft-level drawings. We can coordinate structural review and stamp options by licensed architects or structural engineers in your state if required.
